Wood Vinegar as a Complex Growth Regulator Promotes the Growth, Yield, and Quality of Rapeseed

چکیده

Wood vinegar is formed by the condensation of smoke produced during production biochar. It mainly contains acetic acid, butyric catechol, and phenol. has a compound effect promoting crop growth similar to plant regulators environmentally friendly. Moreover, it can enhance biological abiotic resistance crops. In this study, foliar spraying was carried out systematically in field with hybrid variety Huayouza 9 for two years study effects wood its compounds on rapeseed (Brassica napus L.). We applied four treatments tap water as control (CK), namely diluted 400-fold (M), M mixed gibberellin (T1), sodium D-gluconate (T2), melatonin (T3). They were sprayed seedling stage overwintering stage, respectively. The results showed that seed yield, leaf area index, number pods per treated increased an average 9.58%, 23.45%, 23.80% compared CK, Compared M, yield T1, T2, T3 7.88%, 6.90%, 1.32% years, also improved quality rapeseed. particular, glucosinolate content T2 decreased 12.83% 6.72% selected current at low temperature 2–6 °C increasing activity superoxide dismutase proline soluble protein contents, CK.
